How long does delivery take?

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Free standard delivery usually takes 4 – 5 business days. Express delivery usually takes 2 – 4 business days, but they are not guaranteed and occasionally take longer.

How much will delivery cost?

Standard delivery is free for all purchases over $150. If you need an item urgently, you can choose express delivery option when you do check out. You can check the cost for the item before purchase on your shopping cart page.

Do you deliver internationally?

We currently deliver to New Zealand only.

Do you deliver to work addresses or Post Office boxes?

Yes, we can deliver to your home, work address or Post Office box. If you would like your order to be delivered to your workplace, please make sure someone will be there to receive the parcel as a signature maybe required on delivery.

Has my order been dispatched yet?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking code and related courier information.

Can I change my delivery address?

As soon as your purchase is completed and your delivery address verified we will begin processing and packing your order. Unfortunately, this means we’re unable to amend the delivery address once your order has been submitted. If you can’t be there when your order is delivered, don’t worry, a card will be left explaining how you can collect your package or re-arrange the delivery.

Can I cancel my order/delivery?

We begin processing your order as soon as it is submitted. Once your order progresses it may be too late to cancel. However, once you’ve received your package, you can return your purchase within 30 days, provided your return is in accordance to Terms & Conditions.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order through Courier Company’s tracking system, usually on their website, or call them with a tracking code. If you haven’t received your item within 10 working days of placing your order, please contact us.

If there is a problem with my order who do I contact?

We want our customers to receive our highest quality service, so please contact us straightaway if you feel there’s something wrong with the order you’ve received. Please tell us in as much detail as possible about your order and the problem, and we’ll look for the best solution to solve the issue.
